Cougar Connect Tech Help Desk
At the Cougar Connect Tech Help Desk our friendly student staff can assist you with tutoring services and college-related technology like Moodle, myClackamas, student email, wireless on-campus access, on-campus computers, printers/copiers, Chromebooks, Zoom support, and more. Student technical support is available in-person in Dye Learning Center just beyond the double doors, online, or over the phone. Have a question? Help is here.

Currently enrolled Clackamas Community College students receive $5 in free printing credits each term they are enrolled.
You can print documents from campus computers located in several labs across our Oregon City, Harmony and Wilsonville campuses. Students may print:
- Up to 30 pages per print job.
- Up to 60 pages per day.
- Black-and-white printing is $0.07 per page.
Printing costs are automatically tracked through our PaperCut app. Cash or card payments are not accepted for printing or copying.
How to print from campus computers
1. Log in to a campus computer.
2. Open the document you wish to print and select “Print.”
3. When prompted, log in to PaperCut using your myClackamas username and password:
- Your username is the first part of your CCC email address (do not include @student.clackamas.edu).
4. Select your printer and print settings, then submit your job.

Printing for community members
Visitors may access printing and copying services at the Library Circulation Desk in the Dye Learning Center. Please speak to a library staff member for assistance.
Extended Moodle Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Three bilingual (English/Español) support options are available: email, phone and chat.
