Request for Alternative Furniture

When to use this form

• If a classroom does not have the ADA furniture you need.
  • Alternative furniture can only be provided for on campus course and excludes online and remote course settings.

Steps and process

2. A DRC staff member will contact the student to discuss the approval or denial of request.
