Online Learning at CCC
Clackamas Community College offers online and hybrid (combining online with face-to-face instruction) courses to fit a variety of learning styles and help you meet your career and educational goals.
How to find online classes at CCC
Courses are listed under Online Learning on the Schedule of Classes page and in a special section of the printed version, which you can find on any CCC campus. With either schedule, you can easily locate fully online classes because they have the Online/Web icon, and classes that combine online with face-to-face instruction because they have the Hybrid/HYB icon.
If you want to know if a particular course is online, you can also contact the academic or Career Technical Department directly. Then email registration@clackamas.edu or call 503-594-6074 for registration assistance.
Computer access for online courses
You’ll need a computer to take an online or hybrid class. However, as a CCC student, you may use any lab computer in Streeter Hall and the Dye Learning Center on the CCC Oregon City Campus. There are also computers available at the Harmony Community Campus and Wilsonville campus, as well as in many public libraries.
Online Learning in Moodle
Whether you're taking an online class or just looking for the latest assignments from your instructor, most classes will use Moodle, CCC’s online learning management system.
Not familiar with Moodle? Check out Moodle 101, our student orientation for online learning, via the link below. It’s a quick, self-guided course that will help you learn this easy-to-use tool. You can also check out Moodle FAQs that provide answers to what you need to know most about Moodle and online learning.
