Welcome to CCC
Clackamas Community College has an open-door general admission policy, which means if you want to earn your education through us, we’re glad to have you. CCC does not require a Social Security Number (SSN) for admission and does not use the SSN for identification purposes for students in general. Our Admissions Center is here to help you get started! Financial aid resources
You don’t need to be a U.S. citizen to get help paying for college. The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at CCC is here to help you find and apply for financial aid. While U.S. citizenship is required for federal financial aid, many financial aid resources are open to undocumented and DACA students, including

You have the right to:
- Not open a door to law enforcement.
- Ask to see a search warrant without opening a door.
- Remain silent.
- Speak with a lawyer.
- Not sign any document before speaking with a lawyer.
Your rights at CCC
The college strictly follows the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which pertains to the privacy and confidentiality of your directory information and academic record.
- Directory information includes enrollment status, verification of certificate or degree award, residency status (where you currently live), major and athletic participation.
- The college does not ask or require of students your immigration status or that of your family.
- The college will not release non-directory (see above) information unless legally compelled to do so or if you have provided consent to do so.
- Non-directory information will be provided as required for international students on an I-20.
- Campus safety officers do not have the authority to and will not enforce federal immigration laws.

Campus resources
The members of CCC’s Associated Student Government (ASG) have a passion for serving others. They coordinate services and activities at the college and represent the student body at the college levels.
The Counseling department provides free services to our students to support their emotional, interpersonal and psychological wellness.
CCC offers international students a broad introduction to life in the United States while earning an excellent college education.
Run by ASG and the Student Life and Leadership Department, the Multicultural Center highlights the diversity in our college and our country and supports and welcomes those who might need the assistance.
The award-winning Veterans Education and Training (VET) center is known in the community as one of the best college resources for veterans, providing resources, advocacy, and support to veterans and their families.
The Department of Academic Advising assists students with their educational plans, career exploration and employment.
