Reminders

If you have not applied for graduation yet, you need to complete the Application for Graduation form online through Self-Service to have your degree/certificate awarded officially by the college, even if you do not attend the ceremony. This is the official process for notifying CCC that you are finishing your program. This is separate from registering to attend the Commencement Ceremony. Review the applying for graduation steps to complete this process.

The deadlines to apply for graduation for each term are as follows:

  • Spring 2025: May 9, 2025
  • Summer 2025: May 9, 2025 in order to make it into the ceremony program

Be respectful and have fun!

  • Ensure proper travel time to the college for the ceremony for you and your guests.
  • Plan on staying for the entire event to give all graduates their time to shine to celebrate their accomplishments and allow their loved ones to enjoy seeing them walk across the stage.
  • Make your dinner reservations for a night of celebration!
