Integrated Pest Management
Integrated pest management is a strategy that combines sanitation and cultural, biological and mechanical controls to reduce pest populations. Examples include using pest-resistant plants, maintaining landscapes and spraying. Integrated pest management decides the best course of action for pest control while reducing the environmental and economic impacts.
The college will provide 24-hour notice of planned applications. The notice will remain in effect for 72 hours post-application, except in cases of emergency.

Feb 21 2025To Mar 21
Weed control application Feb. 21-March 21 (Oregon City, Wilsonville and Harmony campuses)
We will be using Ranger Pro EPA #524-517 to control weeds and grasses in the bed areas of the Oregon City, Wilsonville and Harmony campuses Feb. 21- March 21. We will be posting signage in the areas to be sprayed 24 hours prior to treatments. The signage will reflect the date and our treatments, which will be applied between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Re-entry when dry. -

Weed control application Jan. 23-Feb. 23 (Oregon City, Wilsonville and Harmony campuses)
We will be using Defendor EPA# 62719-560 to control weeds in the turf where needed on the Oregon City, Harmony and Wilsonville campuses January 23- February 23. There will be signs posted in the areas to be treated 24 hours prior to applications.Treatments will be made between 8am and 2pm re-entry when dry.
