Request for Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) Services

CART services includes live captioning and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters. A request for CART services should be done as soon as possible as it can take weeks to coordinate, please submit requests no later than three business days before the meeting. If you are submitting requests with less than three business days, services are not guaranteed. Without enough time this service may not be provided or provided late.

When to use this form

• To request CART services for a course the student is currently enrolled for.
• To request CART for a meeting with college staff, faculty, tutoring and other college or class-related meetings.
